Rectification and Maintenance of building.
- Maintain good coordination and business relations with the client and consultants.
- Authorized to make commitments to the client, architect, and subcontractors as appropriate thereby ensuring smooth functioning of the operations.
- Make decisions independently on subcontracting issues and methods.
- Qualify subcontractors and vendors for the construction project and upon selection, get sub contracts and/or purchase orders prepared.
- Ensure that all subcontracts and purchase orders are executed in a timely fashion.
- Provide advice, guidance, mentoring and direction to subordinate project engineers/managers.
- Responsible for continuously expanding and updating professional knowledge and honing skills and competencies to enhance individual innovation and productivity.
- Interface with other company departments as necessary which may include schedules, budget changes, material and equipment expenditures, estimating, payroll, and personnel matters.
- Ensure successful completion of the project in conformity with the company and management policies.
