The Product Manager shall be responsible for:
- Competitor landscape analysis.
- Negotiate competitive rates, exclusive inclusions, service level agreements, and right commercials with suppliers.
- Liaise with the Software team to streamline & manage to stream the processes and manage on-time delivery. Rolling out the product online and setting up sales support for strategy development and sales performances. Setting up sales support and implementing high performance 24/7 support.
- Managing team of digital marketing and data analyst to target right/potential customers.
- Plan digital marketing campaigns, promotions maintain & measure social media presence and performance with partners.
- Coordinate with project management planning and software development team to streamline & manage the timelines of the project and related tasks.
- Liaise directly with a direct reports and present plans for any new advances or initiatives to improve the company’s online presence and e-sales.
