Job Description:

  • Visiting airlines and resolve fare discrepancies & reinstating segments, seats from carriers, Fare Issues, PNR synchronization
  • Update capping as per the airline policy on agents request.
  • To keep close contact with all carriers and update all activities
  • Visit airline on day to day basis, to make good PR as well as to solve the issues of agents and the airline.
  • Arrange Joint workshops with carriers once or twice a year.
  • Arrange promotional events like Cricket, Bowling events, Dinner, Lunch, Birthdays.
