We are hiring ‘Sales & Support Executive’ for an international hotel chain. The job requires visiting corporate clients, handling back office operations, customer services & other correspondences. Candidates from IBA, Cbm, Szabist, IoBM' having excellent communication and proficient in MS Excel, Word & Power point are encouraged to apply.
- Answers customer inquiries/communications as required
- Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests.
- Resolve client’s problems by active listening and response.
- Works with the organization’s regional offices to resolve problems facilitate solutions and enhance customer service offerings.
- Conducts follow up phone calls to survey respondents who have concerns or questions.
- Maintain excel sheet for all issues listed.
- Maintain Daily Call Log.
- Able to visit coporate clients.
