Duties And Responsibilities ·
- To Ensuring that a high quality of service is delivered at all times ·
- To ensure that all calls to the Customer Service Centre are dealt with promptly, in line with agreed standards and targets ·
- To have full knowledge and ability to access all Sales Skills. ·
- To establish, develop and maintain effective working relationships with all work colleagues to the deliver the best performance standards and the business objectives. Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
- Should be target oriented, hard working and punctual
- Applicant should preferably have previous Telesales experience in a UAE ,USA,UK campaign.
- Fresh candidates with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply Out-bound calling.
