- Responsible for support of the Wide Area Network (WAN) as well as (LAN) throughout the organization.Understanding of static and dynamic routing protocols (BGP, EIGRP, RIP).Installation of various OS in a virtual environment.
- Troubleshooting VoIP network issues Maintain network monitoring systems to alert on resource availability.
- Responsible for optimization of network hardware, software, and communication links to support all current and future network applications over a converged network of data.
- Diagnose and escalate network issues & coordinate with various stakeholders such as the Engineering team, field support team, upstream, and LDIs to resolve them.
- Analyze and troubleshoot network and telecommunications issues.
Fresh/ One or more years experience in ISP/TelecomBS in Computer/Electrical/Telecom Engineering or related field of study.
