· Responsible for maintaining office building, furniture, water and power supply etc
· Scrutiny of monthly utility bills and arranges its timely payment
· Monitor and ensure desired standard of performance of security and support staff including, gate office, telephone operator, gardeners, sweepers and drivers/lifter operators
· Ensure general cleanliness, landscaping and house keeping in the plant
· Ensure hygiene and cleanliness of Admin Block and employees’ canteen, regular medical testing of food handlers and smooth functioning of kitchens
· Ensure that permanent and contractual staff adhere to the safety procedures of the Company
· Monitor the timely and smooth movement of contractual transport
· Be available to company employees for solving day to day administrative problems
· Monitor and ensure Company policies on labor age, use of narcotics, smoking, paan, gutka etc
· Ensure functional condition of all security lights
· Ensure prevention of theft and pilferage
· Any other tasks assigned from time to time
