- Coordinate with Production Staff for Plant’s operation, inventory stock and updating for daily production reports
- Ensure smooth operations for the production according to the desired specifications in given shift.
- Ensure that all SOPs of equipment and machinery are being followed.
- Note 2 hourly control room reading shown on HMI.
- Maintain desired housekeeping standards in Plant premises
- Monitor and ensure that Plant team adheres to the SOPs of HSE Section, security of men and material in true letter and spirit.
- In case of any stoppage/fault, inform the Manager/Assistant Manager immediately and coordinate with concerned maintenance department (Electrical/Instrument/Mechanical) ensuring quick resumption of production process
- Hand over the plant to next shift engineer with detailed briefing of events/activities of his shift
- Perform any other duty within the scope of position.
