- Arranging quality inspection of material and preparation of GRN and MIR.
- Follow up the receipt of material already indented and issue reminder if required.
- Ensure stacking of raw and finished product with care to avoid the wastage of material.
- Take over shift-wise finished products from all plants and stack the product after certifying the quality and proper packing of products.
- Post the material in computerized stores ledger.
- Issue items to the departments as per demand raised by the departments and maintain record for all issues.
- Keep the computerized record of all receipts and issues of all plants.
- Cross check the weights, stickers and all necessities of finished goods.
- Generate dispatch report on daily, weekly and monthly basis and forward to the Concern Person.
- Generate stock and other reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Ensure general cleanliness and organized stacking of spares, tools and miscellaneous items in store.
- Keep the computerized record of all receipts and issues of all plants
