Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests courteously during check-in and check-out processes.
- Manage guest inquiries and requests promptly to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to maintain clean, comfortable, and safe guest accommodations.
- Support spa and hotel service operations by assisting guests with reservations and service information.
- Handle multiple tasks such as answering phones, managing guest arrivals, and facilitating smooth communication among departments.
- Ensure all hotel facilities and amenities are well-stocked, organized, and presented to uphold hospitality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, service requests, and transactions.
- Adhere to company policies, health and safety procedures, and confidentiality standards.
- Provide guidance and information about hotel services, local attractions, and facilities to enhance the guest experience.
- Report any irregularities, guest complaints, or maintenance issues promptly to the appropriate department.
