- Ensure kitchen area, mess hall & work spaces on daily basis as prescribed standards of cleanliness are met.
- Supervision of kitchen staff, office boys & janitorial staff duties & Ensure their dress code to meet Disciplinary standards.
- Timely resolve housekeeping issues.
- Provide training to housekeeping staff on maintenance tasks, mess services, cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Regularly taking inventory of cleaning supplies and ordering stock as needed & responsible for monthly audit of kitchen supplies.
- Attend daily meetings and receive special instructions & motivate team members.
