- Manage the IN and OUT processes of the stock and ensure the proper implementation of these processes in the Area offices
- Ensure overall compliance with the stock management procedures.
- Manage delivery of stock and supplies to sub office as required
- Account for the overall compliance with delivery management procedures.
- Comply with requirements of In/out Bound Logistics
- Deal all the issues related to transportation service/rates/negotiations timely manner
- Ensure proper adherence of utilization, maintenance and follow up of the vehicles, contracts/Agreements/routes plan.
- Present the monthly reports as required and demand
- Make sure that Data & files are updated and well documented properly.
