- Having complete knowledge of LED Lights assembling.
- Must know the basics of electronics.
- Working under supervision of Chinese is a plus.
- Must handle the labor and improve efficiency of labor by defining working SOPs.
- Must meet the daily + monthly production targets set by the higher management.
- Maintaining the complete record of assembled and SKD lights by filling the daily work sheet.
- Coordinate with R&D department for future considerations.
