Educational institution required young Energetic & dauntless Female Customer Service Representative (CSR) Who is required to handle the queries, must be able to communicate in English and proficient to handle the situation on its own. Preference will be given to those candidates who have past experience of working in Educational institutions but it is not necessary. The candidate must possess:
- Reasonable communication skills (Preferable English)
- Familiarity with basic social media platforms & Marketing techniques (Facebook, Instagram & Linkedin)
- Ethical & kind attitude
- Confident & Well-groomed personality
Experience in customer support will be preferred. The candidate will be given an opportunity to choose her office timings (7 hrs) from 9 AM - 9 PM from Monday to Saturday. Other than salary, the commission will also be offered. Lunch will be complimentary.
