Responsibilities:
- Introduce the international Customer to company’s services in form of detailed sessions (Session will be English).
- Conduct online sales introductory sessions with the customer.
- Regular follow-up with the customer.
- Make Time schedules for students and teachers.
- Regular communication with the CEO/MD of the company.
- Send daily timesheet report to the CEO.
- Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers while interacting over a zoom call.
- Preparing, reviewing, and finalizing sales proposals as per approval from sales Manager.
- Utilizing social media platforms to garner customer interest and create brand awareness.
- Preparing sales forecast reports and submitting them to Sales Manager.
- Developing effective sales strategies with the help of sale Manager to increase company sales.
- Collaborating with the marketing design and content marketing teams to produce quality advertising material for company products and services.
- Maintaining an accurate record of past campaign results to determine the most effective marketing approaches.
- Analyzing market trends, sales and marketing metrics, as well as pricing strategies to identify ways to improve sales and marketing efforts.
- Responsible for any other task assign by Management.
