We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to develop and manage marketing programs in specific channels, support business objectives, lead acquisition, execute business development, provide sales support, and advance brand building.

Works directly with senior management of the organization to develop marketing programs, design marketing strategies, and implement marketing campaigns.
Provides leadership and direction in the development, implementation, and monitoring of the strategic marketing plan for the organization.
Cultivate and integrate new ideas and campaigns that align with current and future sales goals
Monitor, track, and document campaign results; analyze data/returns/customer response
Designs, writes, and oversees the production of printed promotional materials including catalogs, brochures, flyers, and program and media guides; designs layouts and prepares copy.
Establishes and implements short and long range marketing goals, objectives, policies, and procedures for the organization; evaluates program effectiveness and effects changes required for improvement.
Develops and manages annual marketing budgets for the organization, regularly monitors expenditures; prepares summary assessments and reports.
Initiates and implements direct outreach marketing efforts to potential external customers on behalf the unit's programs and services.
Conducts market research and analysis, and establishes data management and tracking systems to improve the organization's marketing efforts.
Represents the organization at various community and business meetings
You will be require to have;
Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, advertising, sales, or related field
3-5 years of previous experience as a marketing manager, product managers, strategist, sales manager or related marketing experience
Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
Solid understanding of effective marketing strategies, materials, and channels
Experience preparing and presenting quarterly goals and forecasts for future projects
Strong analytical, financial, or pricing skills preferred
Strong leadership, planning, and execution skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage and lead the marketing team and employees
Knowledge of strategic communications and marketing concepts, principles, methodology and techniques.
Data management and tracking skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively work with a wide range of individuals and constituencies in a diverse community.
