Call Center Agent (Restaurant Field)

We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic candidate (Female) holding 1-2 years’ experience in the Restaurant domain. The candidate will be responsible for taking calls (taking orders) and followup calls till delivery of food and for getting feedback from customers.


  • Knowledge of customer service principles and processes
  • Relevant product knowledge
  • Experience in restaurant would be preferred·      
  • Basic business administration knowledge
