TX-Dynamics seeks to add Software Quality Assurance Engineer to the team. The candidate should have a deep understanding of the Service Now platform, the ability to multi-task, manage a variety of different projects at once, and possess exceptional communication skills to work collaboratively with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Write and manage manual and testing in ServiceNow using Framework (ATF)
- Review and plan test cases, and complete testing in a timely manner to minimize defects prior to User Acceptance Testing
- Write test cases and assist with building a regression testing library
- Organize, schedule, and execute regression tests as needed
- Provide feedback and recommendations on software usability, quality-of-life features, and functionality
- Ability to manage assigned tasks, projects, and documentation, maintain milestones, and work with peers and supervisors effectively
- Ability to clearly communicate, effectively follow up with team members, and oversee many projects at once.
- Document new software enhancements and procedures from a testing perspective as applicable
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily scrum, backlog grooming, and sprint retrospective
Skills
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and rapidly changing environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication in the English language
Qualifications
- 1 year of IT Quality Assurance experience
- 1 year of ServiceNow IT Quality Assurance experience
- Strong technical and software skills
- Experience in cross-browser testing
- Working knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow, Jira, Postman, and project management software
