Sales Manager key responsibilities:
· Responsible for the development and implementation of the sales plan
· Achieving sales target, motivating subordinate teams

· Closely interacting with all end customers

· Maintaining service qualities

The ideal candidate for this position:
· MBA (Sales & Marketing) from reputable institute
· Minimum 5 years sales or marketing experience
· Must be self-driven, hard worker, and passionate to grow his value and in return his company values.
· Confident, motivated, driven and have passion in Sales/Marketing
· Have a strong commercial outlook on sales and revenue.
· Excellent sales, customer care, account management and negotiation skills, along with a strong presentation and influencing skills
