Position:Be part of our engineering team at our Lahore office to work on the customization of company website on Php Drupal. The job provides an opportunity to do highly challenging and interesting work in an international R&D team with excellent compensation & benefits.Primary Tasks
- Develop solutions in PHP to extend the functionality of our Drupal-based Website.
- Investigate reported bugs and propose solutions to solve them
- Ensure development follows best practices. Use of RCS (GIT or SVN) is mandatory.
- Testing, maintenance and troubleshooting of existing company site
Secondary Tasks
- Support in effort estimation based on given requirements
- Keeping up to date with the current PHP / Drupal technology
- Proficient in the maintenance and administration of Drupal modules and sites.
Responsibility
- Developed solutions are maintainable, fulfill the agreed requirements and have a high quality.
- Ability to communicate technical issues with vendors.
- Ability to both collaborate with people in other offices and to work independently
- Ability to track and analyses bugs in Jira
- Proactively looking into the issues of the company website.
Profile
- BSc/MSc degree in electrical engineering, computer science/electrical engineering, computer science/electronics
- Minimum 5+ years of Drupal hands-on development experience.
- Friendly and customer oriented personality
- Broad IT knowledge to understand and classify raised issues related to internal applications
- Good English skills (communication with colleagues within Europe, Asia and the USA) is a must-have.
- Fundamental skills in programming PHP
- Diligent, well-organized and team-oriented performance
