Job Description


  1. Operate telephone switchboard to answer and forward calls, providing information, taking messages, scheduling appointments and answering the queries.
  2. Collect, sort, distribute and prepare courier deliveries.
  3. Greet and welcome the guests, determine purpose of visit.
  4. Schedule appointments and maintain and update appointment calendars.
  5. Transmit information or documents using computer, mail, or facsimile machine.
  6.  Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary materials and maintain reception area.
  7. Maintain records and files or any other administrative support, when needed.
