Monitoring with respect to proper implementation of standard operating procedures, controls and smooth operations in branches in line with the UMBL policies and statutory Requirements/ Prudential Regulations.
Provide guidance and support with respect to policy / procedures / prudential regulations to Branch Operations staff for smooth functioning of Branch operations in line with compliance of internal & external SOPs.
Managing the team of Operations Managers of the branches and ensuring that operations of the branches meet the expectations of its clients and senior management.
Recruitment of quality Ops staff in branches, identify gaps in area head count and capacity development of Staff.
Ensure implementation of ATM SOPs and arrangement/planning to maintain maximum ATM uptime
Timely and accurately submission of Reports as and when required by H.O / R.O / Regulator.
Onsite / Offsite monitoring of branches by reviewing the reports, affairs, GLs, documents etc. for controlled monitoring of Operations at Branch Level.
Visits of Area Branches for comprehensive review, Pre/Post Audit visits for rectification, surprise visits. Continuous monitoring and guidance of staff to retain the efficient employees.
