FINANCIALS

• Preparation of BRD’s, Parameters Setting, Product Development, Unit Testing, UAT, company creation front end configurations, SOC configurations and Branchless banking Support.
• Development & Implementation of Branch-less Banking System.
• PROCESS & SYSTEMS
• Identifies project deliverables by reviewing the requirements and determining project scope.
• Prepares clear and proper documentation based on end-user / stakeholder requirements.
• Handling support of Branchless, Financial Crime Mitigation (FCM), Alternate Delivery Channel(ADC)
• and Bio Matric Verification (BVS).

SERVICE QUALITY

• Actively participate in resolving user’s problems related to different departments in timely manner.
• Providing support to operation/business team queries raised by end users for branchless application on daily basis.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
• Liaison with internal departments, for successful system UATs, Process Re-engineering, development of SOPs and updating of existing Manuals.
• Coordination among Depts. and teams to achieve required goals.
