We are looking for a highly motivated Assistant Manager, Business Solutions to join our U Bank team in Faisalabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for new onboarding, Payroll Disbursement, team management, Deposit, and Account opening.

Job Responsibilities

  • Onboarding new Partnerships for funds/Payroll disbursements.
  • Onboarding new Institutions for Fee/Funds collections.
  • Onboarding new clients for deposits. (CA, SA, TD)·
  • Identify potential partners that align with the organization's strategic goals and objectives.
  • Conduct research to assess partnership opportunities, market trends, and competitor activities. 
  • Develop and implement a partnership strategy to maximize business growth and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners.
  • Strong coordination with all the stakeholders, internal and external customers for the timely completion of projects.

Qualification and Experience

  • Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Business Administration, Banking and Finance, Economics, Commerce, and Marketing from any HEC-recognized university.  
  • Minimum 3 years (or above) of experience in a similar field.
