We are looking for a highly motivated Assistant Manager, Business Solutions to join our U Bank team in Faisalabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for new onboarding, Payroll Disbursement, team management, Deposit, and Account opening.
Job Responsibilities
Onboarding new Partnerships for funds/Payroll disbursements.
Onboarding new Institutions for Fee/Funds collections.
Onboarding new clients for deposits. (CA, SA, TD)·
Identify potential partners that align with the organization's strategic goals and objectives.
Conduct research to assess partnership opportunities, market trends, and competitor activities.
Develop and implement a partnership strategy to maximize business growth and achieve desired outcomes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners.
Strong coordination with all the stakeholders, internal and external customers for the timely completion of projects.
Qualification and Experience
Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Business Administration, Banking and Finance, Economics, Commerce, and Marketing from any HEC-recognized university.
Minimum 3 years (or above) of experience in a similar field.
