Responsible for addition of new Deposit (CA, SA, TD) and Payroll/Funds disbursement account.
Onboarding new Institutions for Fee collections.
Proactively lead a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
Manages potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement.
Channel enhancement and optimization by involving all stake holders
Key Performance Indicators
Develop and Manage UPaisa channel to increase arm length to have multiple and wide network offering Branchless Banking Services for customers.
Deposit mobilization by offering Branchless banking solutions.
Developing group synergies of UMBL with Telco Partner, corporate entities and develop alternate channels for revenue stream.
Strong coordination with all the stake holders, internal and external customers for timely completion of projects.
Taking new initiatives to enhance spread and more choices for better customer experience.
