FINANCIALS

  • Preparation of Credit BRD’s, Parameters Setting, Unit Testing, UAT, company creation front end configurations, SOC configurations and Branchless banking Support.
  • Development & Implementation of Credit requirements in Core and Branchless Banking Systems.

PROCESS & SYSTEMS

  • Identifies project deliverables by reviewing the requirements and determining project scope regarding Credit.
  • Good knowledge of Microfinance Credit manage all activities of system development.
  • Responsibility of Daily routine operation matters of Credit, creation and implementation of internal SOPs for Operations.

 SERVICE QUALITY

  • Actively participate in resolving user’s problems related to Branch and Credit in timely manner.
  • Providing support to operation/business team queries raised by end users for Credit on daily basis.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT

  • Liaison with internal departments, for successful system UATs, Process Re-engineering, development of SOPs and updating of existing Manuals.
  • Coordination among Depts. and teams to achieve required goals.
