1-Enhance the branch business by increasing the number of profitable accounts/relationships and increase revenue & profit.
2-Along with the Area Manager, plan, manage and execute a strategy to achieve target, Mobilize deposits,  financial results and a quality of service superior to competitors which is in line with UMBL‘s service quality benchmarks.
3-Ensure adherence to KYC and Anti Money Laundering guidelines while initiating and reviewing customer relationships.
4-Act as mentor to all staff in the Customer Services by answering queries in relation to procedures, policy etc.
5-Maintain high level of staff morale through support, direction and coaching.
6-Retaining profitable existing set customers by consistently meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
7-Responsible for supervision of all operations functions like account opening documentation, Loan documentation, cash receipt/payments, clearing/remittance, recovery, DLA, NPL, write-off, branch security and cleanliness/general maintenance etc., Ensuring correct and timely implementation of HO circulars.
