Purpose of Job
1.To be the central point of contact for HR queries and solutions, incumbent will be responsible to ensure that all operational activities are concluded in a timely manner, based on the defined TATs.
Job Responsibilities
1.Developing an efficient mechanism of managing HR queries
2.Reporting on TAT for different processes and ensuring TAT are maintained
3.Providing solutions for process improvements
4.Any other task assigned by line manager.
Technical Competency
1.Knowledge of filing systems
2.Very good knowledge of MS Office and office equipment such as photocopier, scanner etc.
3.Dependable with a respect to confidentiality and policies
4.Excellent organizational skills
