Job Responsibilities
Analysis of processes within HR and identify new lean processes using available tools and gauging digital metrics.
Must be able to identify identicators for efficiency and effectiveness of Headcount and Processes.
Act as local process owner for supporting technology or HR in relation to business and supporting continuous improvement activities to further simplify and standardise processes
Play a key role in helping projects (engagement, change management & R&R initiatives) meet business strategies through focus on people side of change – including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures.
Provide consultation to various HR job functions in order to streamline and promote efficiency & Service delivery
Translating the business stragegy from top management into efficient deliverables through liason with different departments
Streamlining a D&I agenda as per SBP guidelines
Managing Total Reward Processes, including Compensation & Benefit, Salary Surveys, Performance Management Process etc
