UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a skilled UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly web applications and CMS solutions. In this role, you will work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to design seamless user experiences that align with business goals. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about modern design trends, usability, and accessibility.

Key Responsibilities

User Research & Experience Design: Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to understand user needs. Develop user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to improve user flows. Create interactive prototypes to validate design concepts before development.

UI Design & Visual Aesthetics: Design modern, responsive, and visually engaging interfaces for web applications and CMS platforms. Maintain a consistent design system that aligns with branding guidelines. Ensure designs are optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

Collaboration with Development Teams: Work closely with MERN stack developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs. Provide clear design specifications, assets, and documentation. Participate actively in Agile workflows, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and reviews.

UX Optimization & Accessibility: Apply UI/UX best practices to enhance usability and user engagement. Ensure web applications comply with accessibility standards (WCAG) for inclusive design. Conduct A/B testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the user experience.

Required Qualifications

- 2 to 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably focused on web applications or CMS development.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar platforms.
- Experience creating both low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes and wireframes.
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles, usability testing, and accessibility guidelines.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
- A compelling portfolio showcasing real-world UI/UX design projects.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

Experience designing SaaS-based web applications or CMS platforms is highly desirable. Familiarity with design systems and component-based UI design will be an advantage. Knowledge of Agile and Lean UX methodologies is preferred, along with exposure to modern design frameworks such as Material UI or Tailwind CSS.
