UI/UX Designer

Ignite & Infinite is looking for a skilled and user-focused UI/UX Designer to join our energetic team located in Malir, Karachi, near the airport. This full-time role offers a competitive salary and requires working hours from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, Monday through Friday. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be instrumental in turning business ideas and requirements into engaging, intuitive, and visually appealing digital experiences. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to design seamless interfaces for both web and mobile platforms, ensuring a user-centered approach throughout the design lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to improve the overall product experience.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate and smooth implementation of design solutions.
- Maintain design consistency across various products and platforms to uphold brand standards.
- Iterate and refine designs based on user feedback, testing results, and evolving business needs.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating your work.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar applications.
- Solid understanding of responsive design and mobile-first principles to create adaptable user interfaces.
- Excellent visual design skills, including typography, color theory, layout, and spacing.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail and a user-centered mindset.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in UI/UX design.
- Ability to work on-site at our Malir Colony location.
