UIUX Designer

We are looking for a Junior-Level UI/UX Designer with practical experience in designing mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of user-centered design principles and the ability to create intuitive, visually appealing, and engaging mobile experiences. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to translate ideas into functional and consistent designs that improve user satisfaction and align with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design user interfaces and user experiences specifically for mobile applications.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to convert concepts into functional and attractive designs.
- Conduct user research and integrate feedback to improve usability and overall user experience.
- Maintain design consistency across projects to uphold brand integrity.
- Prepare design assets, prototypes, and style guides using Figma.

Required Qualifications:
- At least 6 months of hands-on experience in mobile app design.
- Strong proficiency in Figma for creating design assets and prototypes.
- A portfolio featuring a minimum of 10 mobile app designs that highlight creativity and usability.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and industry best practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Karachi, with working hours from 12 PM to 9 PM, Monday through Friday. The role offers a starting monthly salary of Rs55,000. Candidates must be prepared to work at the designated office location.
