We are looking for a passionate and creative UX Designer to join our team and help create seamless, user-centered experiences across our digital products. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and fellow designers to turn complex challenges into intuitive, accessible, and engaging solutions that truly delight users.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate user insights into detailed user journeys, personas, and experience maps.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Work alongside UI designers to maintain a cohesive visual and interaction design language.
- Partner with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
- Continuously test, iterate, and refine designs based on user feedback and data analysis.
- Advocate for UX best practices and accessibility standards across all products.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of experience in UX design, product design, or interaction design.
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates your design process, design thinking, and user-centered results.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar platforms.
- Solid understanding of usability principles, information architecture, and responsive design techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or front-end development concepts.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles.
- Experience working in agile environments or cross-functional teams.
