Job Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee the daily HR Operations on site.
• Actively participate in recruitment process.
• Responsible for onboarding the new joiners, prepare orientation plan in coordination with functional departments.
• Coordinate with Admin & IT department for accommodation, Office, Workstation, System and email arrangements.
• Timely complete new joiner’s documentation then forward documents to Head Office HR Team.
• Liaison with Head Office HR Team and ensure timely payment of payroll and employee related benefits on site.
• Maintain employee attendance system on daily basis.
• Maintain master data sheet
