We have a requirement for a business development person for our interior design business. You will have a client facing personality. You will be involved in ensuring the very highest levels of presentation and service of house maintenance and decoration plans.
To perform the role of Property manager for a portfolio of properties, acting as the face of the company, being the key client and customer liaison within those communities, taking ownership for all service delivery matters

- Previously worked in property field / designing consultancy / architecture firm, with a minimum of 1 years’ experience.
- Knowledge of business management or architecture or engineering.
- Excellent Skills of Microsoft office packages, including word & excel. 2010+
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
- Excellent Communication skills and strong "Can Do" attitude.
- Pro-active approach to client management.
Good Team member with a flexible approach to work
Main Working Relationships:
Managing Director, Associate Director, Property Managers, Senior Property Services Advisors, Property Services Advisors, Business Development Manager, SSCA/Management Accountant, Support Staff.

The job holder will be passionate about service delivery and ensure all activity is focused on adding value to our customer experience. The role will involve extensive customer interactions working to continually evolve and improve our service in line with our customers' expectations.
