Job Description

We Are Currently Seeking A Self-motivated, Dynamic Office Secretary To Perform A Wide Range Of Secretarial Support Functions For The Office In Lahore, And Keep The Office Running Smoothly And Efficiently.

Responsibilities & Duties: Answering Phones And Directing Calls. Answering Questions And Performing Data Entry And/or Word Processing Work As Assigned.

Greeting And Directing Visitors.

Assist With Planning And Organizing Events Including Meetings, Ceremonies, And Workshops Develop And Implement Office Procedures And Administrative Tasks, Including Filing And Photocopying.

Qualification & Requirements:post Graduate Individual. Ability To Work With Others As Well As Independently.excellent Reading, Writing, Proofreading And Computer Skills (Including Internet Browsing) Proficiency In Ms Office.

Experience In Correspondence And Report Writing. Organization And Time Management Skills Proven Work Experience Of A Minimum Of 2 Years As Secretary Or Administrative Assistant.
