We are looking for Student Support Representatives to join our growing team who can communicate well over the phone in English, Urdu and meet the needs of the competitive environment.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Fresh and experienced Graduates in any discipline (less than 2 years since graduation)
- Passion for Customer Service and Excellent Communication skills (written & verbal)
- Positive Personality and Friendly disposition
- Proficient Computer skills (MS Office & Office Suite)
- Team player with a strong work ethic
- Self-Motivated, Willingness to learn & grow
- The candidate will be responding to inbound and outbound inquiries related to education over the phone and Social Media platforms.
- Generate pools of interested/prospective candidates by proactively contacting them on social media and covert them into loyal customers/students.
- Provide complete assistance to registrants for watching the demo lectures.
- Provide efficient and quick post-purchase customer services.
- Exceptional communication skills which must lead to student satisfaction and subsequently a high conversion percentage.
- The candidate must be willing to achieve challenging targets.
- The nature of work will require responding efficiently and accurately to callers and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.
