Ultimate Energy Australia is looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Specialist to work from home to join our growing Solar Systems installation company. To ensure success as Telesales Specialist you should have excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for solar energy.
Key Selection Criteria:
- Must have a cold calling and telesales experience
- Solid background in international sales
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone
To be considered for this position your CV must have the above experience of key selection criteria or attach a cover letter to address the key selection criteria.
Working Days:
- Monday-Friday (6:00 AM to 2:30 PM)
- Full time
Requirements:
- Proficient in English
- Proven solar telesales experience OR in a similar sales/customer service role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
- Persistent and results-oriented
- Patient and able to handle customer rejection
- Possess the ability to work under pressure both supervised and unsupervised
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Must have own laptop and headphones, the company will provide the internet connection
- Must be able to work from home in a quiet environment
Training:
- Training will be provided to the right candidate
Responsibilities:
- Cold calling and selling the company’s products
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Use scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices, etc. and present their benefits
- Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements
- Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how merchandise or services meet their needs
- Collaborate with other departments to complete the sales cycle

Salary Range: PKR 20,000 - PKR 100,000 based on experience, skills and monthly target achievement
Employment Condition:
- If your monthly target is not met then your salary (100K) will be reduced according to your target achievement
- Your monthly target will be 60kW, to understand the breakdown of 60kW into a number of systems sold of various sizes.
