Responsibilities:

1.  Design, update, and maintain the Ultimus website including, but not limited to:

  • Ensure website is optimized for search engine algorithms.
  • Link Website pages to HubSpot analytics capabilities.
  • Ensure that all Ultimus partners are listed on our website and the partner’s website.
  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of Ultimus’ vision, positioning, messaging, and product so that content for webinars, videos, flyers, emails, and website can be created independently by the Marketing Assistant.
  • Design, format, schedule, and send Ultimus marketing emails and press releases and capture appropriate response analytics using HubSpot CRM platform.
  • Develop standardized sales and analyst presentation templates and presentation resources.
  • Organize and execute Ultimus marketing events such as webinars, customer meetings, and prospecting activities.
  • Maintain and update the “Ultimus UI Kit” - our design guide for UI fonts, colors, sizes, standardized headers, navigation, forms, tables, buttons, and full mockups that is used for prospect proof-of-concepts, product digital assets development, customer implementations, and Product releases.
  • Ensure that Assets, Solution Starters, POCs, demo solutions, and new product releases conform to the above UI Standard.
  • Work with digital assets team and Product teams to optimize design and usability.

2.  Maintain and update Ultimus’ prospect database in HubSpot and manage access for Ultimus employees who work with it, including, but not limited to:

  • Manage integration between HubSpot prospect database with leads from ZoomInfo.
  • Develop HubSpot analytics reports as needed.
  • Maintain and update Ultimus social media presence.
  • Work with Ultimus Account Managers to get Gartner Peer Reviews from customers and partners and maintain Ultimus listings on directory sites, e.g., Capterra.
  • Optimize Google Ads spend and develop Ad content for YouTube and other formats.
  • Analyze and report on website traffic, Ad spend, and lead generation.
  • Develop familiarity in the use of the Ultimus Digital Process Automation Suite and develop Ultimus based solutions and digital assets based on our best practices that can be used for marketing and for analyst and prospect demonstrations.
  • Create and maintain an “Ultimus Marketplace” for DPA Solution Starters and Assets.

Reports to: Ultimus Chairman & CEO

Schedule, Compensation: To be determined.  Consultant would be a candidate for inclusion in Ultimus Incentive Stock Option plan.

Requirements:

  1. English fluency.
  2. Experience with website development.
  3. Ability to work independently.
  4. Some experience with software development, social media, and IT tools.
  5. Experience in marketing support activities.
  6. Willingness to work during times that overlap, at least partially, with the Central European and Eastern US time zones.
