Field Supervisor will be responsible to implement project at grass root level and will ensure quality deliverables through strong coordination with targeted Market. He will also be responsible to conduct awareness sessions with close collaboration and support of Market Associations & Office Bearers.
• Master degree/bachelor’s degree in management, social sciences, public administration or other relevant field
• 2/3 years of relevant work experience
• Experience and expertise in mobilizing and organizing community
• Knowledge of the issues in the relevant area
• Proven experience working with rural and urban community on awareness raising or mobilization programs
• Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, etc.)Fluency in Urdu & Knowledge of English
