To supervise field team and play the role of line manager to ensure smooth implementation and quality of deliverables as per project objectives and goals.
To monitor, evaluate and control the field activities and ensure the implementation as per project objectives and goal.
Responsible to liaison with key stakeholder and utilize and manage their influential and supportive role in community.
To collect and evaluate key findings, success stories and lesson learns from community and develop inspiring strategies for further extension of program.
Manage day-to-day project implementation and overall coordination of project outcomes.
Responsible for preparing Project Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly reports for the donor on key project activities, issues and required action points.
Ensure the quality of outputs and results with optimal monitoring mechanisms; establish effective coordination, monitoring, information sharing and reporting systems.
Ensure proper professional relationships with community leaders, local NGOs and other Community Based Organizations
Assist and coordination with Project Lead in selection and orientation of consultant and trainer for IEC material and training program. Also responsible to make close coordination in process of developing IEC material and conducting community sessions.
Being a field supervisor, Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible to arrange and facilitate donor and third party evaluation visits and will also facilitate project field team in planning, budgeting and organizing donor’s community visits.
Ensure establishment and maintenance of proper electronic and paper filing systems.
Perform other duties that may be required by Programme Director and Senior Management.
