- To prepare primary and secondary sales estimates for his Territory.
- Re-distribution of company’s products in town by distributors / DSR on weekly and bi-weekly basis.
- Ensure merchandising and display activities are effectively implemented.
- Re-distribution of company products in out stations and (RO’s) by distributors / DSR’s.
- On weekly basis or ensure that outlet service level is implemented rigidly and outlets cards are being filled properly.
- Ensure that the trade activities are being implemented properly by the distributor and his sales force.
- Ensure that claims are being prepared proper and timely.
