We are seeking a dedicated Umrah Agent to join our team in Lahore on a full-time, on-site basis. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in facilitating seamless travel experiences for clients undertaking Umrah pilgrimages. This position involves managing all aspects of travel arrangements, ensuring clients receive comprehensive support from initial inquiries through to the completion of their journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with booking flights, accommodations, and transportation tailored to their Umrah travel plans.
- Provide clear guidance and support throughout the visa application process, ensuring all necessary documents are accurately prepared and submitted.
- Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally, offering detailed information and resolving any issues that arise during the travel process.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations, visa requirements, and airline policies related to Umrah travel.
- Coordinate with service providers, including airlines, hotels, and transport companies, to secure the best arrangements for clients.
- Ensure all client travel documents are complete and compliant with relevant authorities before departure.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and foster repeat business.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in travel agency operations, preferably with a focus on Umrah or Hajj travel services.
- Strong understanding of visa procedures and travel documentation specific to Umrah pilgrims.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively assist and guide clients.
- Ability to manage multiple client requests and resolve issues efficiently under pressure.
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications and booking systems used in the travel industry.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to ensure accuracy in bookings and documentation.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
