- Original thinking, must be able to come up with fresh ideas rather than copying from other sources.
- Digital painting, character and environmental designing. (Must Required)
- Experience in mobile Games Design including UI Design, Logo's, background environment, Games Icon, Releasing Material, Ads and animations.
- Should have experience in character sketching.
- Should be punctual and motivated to work hard.

- Decent command on Photoshop
- Decent command on Illustrator
- Good command on 3d modeling and texturing
- Creative, and ability to think out-of-the-box
