We are seeking a versatile and dedicated Admin / Operations Manager to join our team. This role encompasses various responsibilities, including finance, HR, operations, and office management. The ideal candidate will be proficient in US English and have excellent organizational and multitasking skills to effectively handle diverse administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Finance:

  • Assist with financial tasks, such as accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and expense tracking
  • Help with financial record-keeping, including data entry and maintaining accurate financial records
  • Support the finance team in preparing reports and reconciling accounts

HR:

  • Assist with HR tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records
  • Help with employee benefits administration, including enrollment and changes
  • Support HR team in organizing employee events, trainings, and performance reviews

Operations:

  • Coordinate and manage daily operational activities to ensure smooth office functioning
  • Assist in inventory management and ordering office supplies as needed
  • Help with contract management and vendor relations
  • Support in organizing company events and meetings

Office Attendant / Calls:

  • Greet visitors, handle incoming calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate person or department
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining office calendars
  • Manage mail distribution and shipping/receiving processes
  • Ensure the office area is clean, organized, and presentable
  • Must work from our Office located in Lahore, in US Eastern Time Zone
  • Must be Reliable, honest, dependable and team player.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or operations role
  • Proficient in US English, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Knowledge of finance and HR processes and best practices
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
