Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordination of subcontractors and suppliers.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients and stakeholders.
- Develop project plans and budgets, and track progress against established goals.
- Provide regular project updates to clients and stakeholders and address any concerns or issues that arise.
- Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and other legal requirements.
- Hire and manage subcontractors, and negotiate contracts as needed.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure that projects remain within budget constraints.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate or manage them effectively.
- Provide leadership and direction to project teams and ensure that all team members are working together effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in construction project management
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Experience managing construction projects is preferred.
- Experience in Auto CAD, Plan Swift, Blue Beam is a plus.
