• To explore new business opportunities and achieve Revenue Targets or KPIs set for account managing for each assigned account.
  • To proactively monitor and keep track of customers’ performance and progress/ business direction.
  • Continuously plan to improve and harvest the customers’ performance for the benefit of the account management.
  • To monitor the performance of the assigned accounts and report or highlight any abnormal changes in traffic trends (such as traffic drops and etc)
  • To work closely with the business development manager to manage the relationship with the assigned accounts and ensure continuous support from the accounts on new projects and marketing campaigns
  • To work closely with the business development manager and service marketing team on the preparations of marketing campaigns
  • Look into new products and enhancements on the existing products (through online research, news articles, etc)
  • To conduct market survey to understand other mobile operators’/competitors’ services and marketing

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in the Telecommunications Industry will be an added advantage.
  • Result oriented
  • Creative thinking and able to think out of the box
  • Good with figures and reports
  • Must be familiar with MS Excel, Powerpoint and Word
  • Good command of written and spoken English
