Naval Air Base Project for US Army in Jubail (KSA)
Duty station : - Jubail KSA
· Work as Contracts Officer on a Naval Defence Project in Jubail.
· Review the risks involved in the Project Contracts.
· Required to handle various contractual matters for the FMS projects.
· Check and manage the contract documents and do Contract Administration.
· Studying and review the existing legal cases of the company and work upon resolving them.
· Analyse the risks while signing newcontracts.
· Contracts administration and monitoring on the projects.
· Review contracts and agreements for legal compliance and norms.
· Deal with Client on Contractual matters.
· Writing contractual letters related to the project
· Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations for all operations.
· Evaluating various Changes to the contract scope.
· Evaluating claims action to eliminate losses.
· Drafting all contract documents.
