We are looking for an experience resource to fill the position of Senior Accountant. The candidate is expected to have strong command on accounts receivable, accounts payable, bookkeeping and taxation matters. The role will involve maintaining financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts and payments. Ideally the candidate with good English, strong writing/communication skills and proficiency in MS Office especially MS Excel and MS Outlook.
- Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process within ERP software.
- Post invoice batches within the sales module and ensuring that the invoices are being deferred correctly.
- Preparation of Bank reconciliation and adjustments thereon.
- Reconcile the Account Payable and Account Receivable Sub ledgers to the General Ledger.
- Update of quarterly accruals and commitments;
- Preparation of journal entries for month end close;
- Generates and maintains complete records of all financial transactions
- Implement process improvements to accounting processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Undertake special projects and ad hoc analysis as needed.
