Job description:
- Manage Safoora Textbooks Sales Team and get sales reports on daily basis.
- Oversee sale of Safoora Text books in different schools or shops or wholesalers.
- Complete sales operation requirements by scheduling and assigning sales team members and following up on work results
- Tracking and analyzing sales statistics
- Directing and coordinating all sales activities
- Overseeing and directing performance of the sales team
- Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities
Skills:
- Ability to set sales targets and achieve them effectively
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns
- Ability to design and implement a successful sales strategy
- Ability to guide and mentor sales representatives
- Planning, organization and problem-solving skills
Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education
Experience: 04-06 years of experience in publication industry in same capacity
